It’s a book about writing, eating, and surviving in the modern west, from literary hustling at the Doug Fir Lounge, to waiting for life-altering emails around a stew-cooking campfire at Crater Lake.
Tabitha was raised in a small town on Mt. Rainier's plateau and currently lives in Hubbard, Oregon. She graduated from the Pacific University MFA program, and EATS OF EDEN is her first book. Her essays have been featured or are forthcoming in a number of journals including Tin House, The Rumpus, Bustle, and Catapult, and have been nominated for the Pushcart and Best of the Net awards.
