Owner and Chef "I-Don't-Do-Normal" Zack Ephron of Portland's agrarian Proletariat Butchery creates a feast in the vineyard to remember. He'll cunjure up chickens roasted over the fire pit, wood-fired vegetables in season, salami cured with Anam Cara Port, Charred Bread Pudding (yes!) and of course a whole pig, perfectly slow-roasted by the master himself.
Following this extraordinary dinner, we'll welcome back the popular Jim Todd, Director of Space Science Education at OMSI, who will bring the galaxies to us with his unique presentation and high powered telescopes.
