On the vineyard front, we are catching up! Despite a late bud break, we have had no problem with flowering and it's looking to be another heavy crop -- which means that we will be dropping fruit before ripening to ensure quality. An accountant's nightmare, but our dream! We are in the process of clearing a further 6 acres of a tired orchard at the top of the property with the intention of planting it with vines in the fall.
